SMM Panel FAQ — Drip-Feed, Partial Status, Mass Orders, API, Payments & Refunds
Find clear answers about how our SMM panel works: safe delivery, quality levels, start speed, refill guarantees, accepted links, order statuses (Pending, In Progress, Partial, Completed), Drip-Feed setup, Mass Order format, reseller API, supported payments (cards, PayPal, crypto, Paytm), and refund rules.
What is an SMM panel?
An SMM panel (Social Media Marketing panel) is an online dashboard where you buy social media services—followers, likes, views, comments, watch time—for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, and more. It bundles reliable suppliers, automated delivery, and order tracking into one simple interface.
How does an SMM panel work?
You add funds, select a service, paste your post/profile link, choose the quantity, and place the order. The panel routes your request to the best supplier and starts delivery—often instantly or within minutes—then shows progress until completion.
Do I need to share my password?
No. Never share your password. SMM services only require a public link (profile, post, video, or channel) so the system can deliver engagement safely.
Is using an SMM panel legal?
SMM panels operate legally in most countries, but each platform has its own Terms of Service. You're responsible for usage. Choose natural-looking growth (e.g., drip-feed) and avoid misleading claims. Always combine with quality content.
Are SMM services safe?
Reputable panels use gradual delivery, quality filters, and no-password methods. Results depend on platform and order intensity. For best safety, set conservative daily caps, use drip-feed, and mix paid boosts with organic content and real activity.
What's the difference between cheap, standard, and premium quality?
- Cheap: Lowest price; good for tests and low-risk posts.
- Standard: Balanced quality and speed; best for everyday use.
- Premium/High-Retention: Most stable and credible; ideal for brands and long-term accounts.
How fast is delivery?
Most services start within minutes to 1 hour. Large orders may deliver in batches to look natural. Check each service's Start time, Speed, and Refill/Guarantee notes on the pricing page before ordering.
What is retention and why does it matter?
Retention is how long followers or engagement continue to stick. Premium services target higher retention to minimize drops. Some churn is normal; many services include a refill window to restore drops during the guarantee period.
Why do orders sometimes drop?
Normal churn, platform sweeps, or low-quality sources can cause drops. Choose premium options, enable drip-feed, avoid sudden spikes, and keep your content active to improve stickiness and long-term stability.
What is a refill or replacement guarantee?
If you experience drops within the stated guarantee window (e.g., 15–30 days), you can request a free refill. Guarantees vary by service; always read the service description before ordering.
What is Drip-Feed and how do I set it up?
Drip-Feed splits a large order into smaller, timed runs to create natural growth. Example: you want 1,000 likes but prefer 100 likes every 30 minutes:
- Link: Your post URL
- Quantity: 100
- Runs: 10 (100 × 10 = 1,000 total)
- Interval: 30 (minutes between runs)
Important: Never exceed the service max: Quantity × Runs ≤ Service Max
. Also, don't set the interval below the service's actual start time (e.g., if a service needs ~60 minutes to start, avoid interval < 60) to prevent failures.
What is the Mass Order tool and how do I use it?
Mass Order lets you place multiple orders at once. Use the format: SERVICE_ID|LINK|QUANTITY
(one per line). Example adding 1,000 followers to three accounts using service ID 102
:
102|https://instagram.com/abcd|1000 102|https://instagram.com/asdf|1000 102|https://instagram.com/qwer|1000
Find the Service ID on the Services page. Mass Order is perfect for agencies managing many links at once.
Do you support API and resellers?
Yes. Most top panels offer a free API and reseller pricing. Connect your storefront, sync services and balances, and fulfill your customers automatically. Contact support to enable reseller tiers and get API docs.
Can I target by country/geo?
Many services offer geo targeting (e.g., USA, UK, EU, MENA, LATAM). Geo traffic usually costs more and may start slower due to narrower sourcing. Check each service description for available regions.
What links are accepted?
Paste public links only: profile URLs, post links, video links, or channel links (platform-specific). Private accounts can block delivery—switch to public until the order completes. Ensure the link points to the exact target.
What do order statuses mean?
- Pending: In queue and preparing to start.
- In progress: Delivery is running.
- Partial: Only part of the order was delivered; undelivered portion is refunded.
- Completed: Delivery finished.
- Canceled: Order couldn't start; funds usually return to balance.
What is Partial status?
Partial means we delivered part of the order and refunded the undelivered remainder. Example: you ordered 10,000 units for $10. We delivered 9,000 but couldn't deliver 1,000; the order is marked Partial and you're refunded for the remaining 1,000 (i.e., $1 in this example).
What are the minimums and maximums per order?
Each service has its own min/max (e.g., min 50, max 100,000). For large needs, split across multiple orders or use drip-feed to keep growth natural.
Can I cancel after placing an order?
If the status is still Pending, cancellation may be possible. Once In progress, most orders can't be stopped. Check the specific service rules on the pricing page.
Can I track progress live?
Yes—use the dashboard's real-time tracker for start time, delivered amount, average speed, and ETA. You can also enable email notifications for key updates.
Which payment methods do you support?
Major cards, PayPal/Stripe, Apple Pay/Google Pay, bank transfers, and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.). Availability varies by region and risk checks.
Do you accept Paytm?
Yes, Paytm is supported for eligible accounts/regions. Availability can vary—please check the Add Funds page in your dashboard for current options.
What currency is used and are prices fixed?
Balances are usually in USD, but local currency display may be available. Prices can change with supplier costs and demand—always review current rates on the Services page before ordering.
Do you offer coupons or bulk discounts?
We keep pricing transparent and already low. Bulk and reseller tiers may apply automatically at higher volumes. Check the Pricing/Add Funds page or ask support for current tiers and promos.
What is your refund policy?
All payments are final and non-refundable; only if we cannot deliver an order will the undelivered portion be credited to your panel balance (not to the original payment method).
Instagram: what's the safest way to grow?
Use a mix: drip-feed followers + post likes + story views + saves, supported by authentic content and consistent posting. Avoid massive one-time spikes; keep growth steady and natural-looking.
YouTube: do you offer watch time and subscribers?
Yes—look for high-retention watch time and gradual subscriber services. Follow YouTube's policies; monetization checks are strict, so prioritize quality and realistic pacing.
Which YouTube view service can be used with monetizable videos?
Choose services labeled "Monetized" or "Ad-Safe". These are optimized for videos with ads enabled. Always review the service description for current requirements.
How do I get a YouTube comment link?
- Find the timestamp next to your username (e.g., "3 days ago").
- Right-click → Copy link address.
- The URL should look like:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID&lc=COMMENT_ID
. - Paste it in your browser to confirm the comment is highlighted.
TikTok: how can I reach the For You page?
Focus on hook, watch time, and completion rates. Use balanced likes, views, and shares. Drip-feed helps maintain momentum without triggering red flags. Post at peak times and iterate on winning formats.
Facebook: do page likes still matter?
They provide social proof, but engagement quality (reactions, comments, shares, video views) matters more. Combine with real content, groups, and community interaction for best results.
Telegram: can you grow members safely?
Yes—channels/groups members and post views can be added. For best retention, drip-feed members and keep posting content that hooks your audience so they stay engaged.
What are Instagram mentions and how do they work?
Mentions tag users in your post comments (e.g., @username
), prompting notifications and traffic. For Mentions [User Followers], provide your post link and the target username; the service mentions that user's followers to drive attention. Use reasonable volumes and consider drip-feed for natural pacing.
What are Instagram impressions?
Impressions (reach) count how many times your content is seen. Brands and creators use impressions to show visibility in analytics and campaign reports. Pair with saves, shares, and comments for stronger signals.
For live services, should I submit the link before or after going live?
Submit the link right after you go live (or about 5 seconds before). This timing helps the system detect your stream and start delivery correctly.
How do you keep my data secure?
We use HTTPS/SSL and PCI-compliant processors, do not store card details, and never request your social media passwords. Extra fraud checks may apply to protect your account and funds.
Do you require KYC (identity verification)?
Some payment options or high-risk/large transactions may require KYC. We aim to keep verification quick and compliant with regional regulations.
Is there an affiliate program?
Many panels offer affiliate links or revenue share. Promote the panel and earn a percentage of referred spend. Check your dashboard for affiliate options and terms.
What if the panel is down for maintenance?
Check the status page or announcements. Active orders usually resume automatically once services are back online. SLAs and ETAs can vary by service type.
How do I contact support for fast help?
Use live chat, tickets, or email and Telegram. Include your order ID, target link, screenshots, and a clear summary so we can assist quickly.
How do I use SMM panels without risking my account?
- Prefer premium/real-looking services for key accounts.
- Use drip-feed for large orders; avoid sudden spikes.
- Keep content quality high and consistent.
- Follow platform ToS; avoid misleading claims.
- Blend paid boosts with organic growth tactics.
What strategy gives the best ROI?
Start with small tests, track CPC/CPE, scale what works, and switch to higher-retention services once impact is validated. Combine SMM orders with SEO, content, and ads for durable results.
I want a panel like yours / I want to resell your services — how?
Use our Reseller & API options. Connect via API, sync balances and services, and run your own white-label storefront. Contact support to enable reseller pricing and get the integration docs.
What is VIP service?
VIP Support (30/60/180 days) provides priority handling, faster replies, and a dedicated channel (ticket/IM). After purchase, open a ticket with your order ID to activate priority. Follow any quantity rules listed in the service description.
Does Drip-Feed work with Mass Order or API?
No—Drip-Feed is not compatible with Mass Order or API endpoints. Place Drip-Feed orders individually from the standard order form for best reliability.
